The President has announced that he will seek executive action to help millions of undocumented immigrants in the U.S. However, because of a lawsuit by 26 states challenging the constitutionality of the actions, the process is on hold until it can go through the court system. Currently, a hearing is scheduled for July 6th for the court in the fifth circuit to hear the merits of the case and then decide whether executive action can proceed and protect millions of undocumented people in the U.S.

Sin embargo, a causa de una demanda por 26 estados para impugnar la constitucionalidad de las acciones, el proceso está en espera hasta que pueda pasar por el sistema judicial.
