Kevin Heinz is principal attorney and founder of Heinz Law, PLLC. Kevin earned his Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Business Management from Saint John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota. His undergraduate degree in Spanish led him to Central and South America where he taught English as a Foreign Language. Kevin taught at several multinational companies while abroad. When he returned, Kevin became the campus director of an international business school in Southern California. He has also co-founded and managed several successful businesses.
Kevin moved back to Minnesota so that he could attend Hamline University School of Law and serve the community where he grew up. As a St. Paul native, Kevin had to return to the city where he was born and raised. He has gained legal experience through working as a judicial law clerk, a legal intern, and an immigration lawyer.
Understanding and appreciating other cultures is essential not just for success in our world but also for thoughtful discourse. Heinz Law has a unique approach to law, bridging the gap between cultures to create opportunity. Kevin is passionate about helping clients find, build and capitalize on opportunities for today and beyond.
Kevin believes that great results depend on a great attorney-client relationship. As such, a client can expect to work with Kevin throughout their case, not an assistant. Kevin strives to ensure clients understand all of the options available in their situation, the risks and benefits of each option, and which path best achieves their goals.
