
Matt Woodward is a dedicated and tireless advocate for immigrants’ rights. With a deep commitment to justice and a passion for helping others, he has spent his entire career fighting for the rights and opportunities of immigrant communities.
He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder where he laid the foundation for his future in law and advocacy. Matt also served as a Peace Corps volunteer in El Salvador, promoting community-based development and intercultural understanding. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from a distinguished law school in Minnesota, fueling his
dedication to social justice and legal excellence.
Throughout his career, Matt has been passionate about immigrant rights, providing expert legal guidance and fierce representation for clients navigating complex immigration challenges. His compassionate approach makes him a trusted advocate for those seeking a better future in the United States.
Matt works in all areas of immigration law including family-based immigration, employment-based immigration and removal defense. Matt’s primary focus is on employment-based Immigration, including all types of non-immigrant visas (H-1B, E, L-1A and L-1B, O, P.), as well as permanent residence (green card) through the PERM Labor Certification Process.
